Luca's room

Single room for rent as apart of an apartment multi-family complex house, near alki beach. Ground floor with street view and access. Not much of a view but in a nice neighborhood location. Shared bathroom kitchen and living room.

I will be in a seprate adjoining room along with my pet parolet. I am a 25 year old guy who will be working night shifts comming up. I dont smoke, am a bit of a homebody and will not likely bring large groops of people back to the house.
