Master bedroom located in upper floor. Bathroom and kitchen shared with a female roommate on the same upper floor. Lower level has its own separate kitchen and bath. The living room area is furnished and open to use for everyone. Patio and grill in large backyard open for use for everyone. The house includes an alarm system, internet, ac, furnace, a whole house water filtration and conditioning system (no hard water or any chemicals including chlorine), washer and dryer located in basement level, and public parking in the street. Non aggressive dogs are welcome with a non refundable pet fee of $300 and $30/month. I have a male Australian Shepard that is house trained and friendly.

I’m 30 years old. I normally am working at my plumbing business or going to school most of the time during the week. Time off I enjoy kickboxing, spending time with my dog, being outdoors, working on cars and much more. Feel free to ask any questions. My roommate is 25 years old and is usually away from home working for the majority of the time doing Bio cleaning. She is clean and organized and keeps to herself resting on her time away from work.
