Beautiful views of the sunset from the balcony and all rooms have floor to ceiling glass windows throughout the apartment. There is a shared den space perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine after a long day. Amenities include: in apartment laundry room, concierge service, swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, on site gym, on-site parking available to rent, multiple lounges that can be reserved.
One of two rooms are available depending on your needs (1 year lease):
For single tenants: This room has plenty of space for a queen bed + desk large closet with organizing shelves. You would be sharing a bathroom with the other tenant. Rent = $1550+ utilities (internet & water included).
For couples (or singles): A grand master bedroom suite is available for those interested. This room is massive and can fit a Cal King size bed + coach/dresser/etc. The walk in closet is perfectly sized for couples (see pictures). Lastly, the master bathroom has not only a standing shower, but an additional tub + shower so you can take as long as a soak in the bath you’d like! Rent = $2600 + utilities (internet & water included).
My friend and I will be the other 2 tenants you would be living with. We are both young professionals working in the Bay Area and would prefer to share the place with other well established professionals with good credit history. We may host our friends from time to time. You would be welcome to do the same.
