This is a spacious master bedroom with an attached full bathroom and a great amount of storage/closet space. The room gets a great amount of sunlight with four large windows along the two back walls. As for the rest of the apartment, you have access to a balcony, laundry room, and a large kitchen that includes an island, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The location of the apartment is great too, as you are within walking distance to Downtown Stamford. In addition, you are very close to a Walgreens, Bevmax and a variety of restaurants. You will also get a sticker that gives you access to the parking garage below the apartment complex. A small gym and courtyard are included within the apartment complex. Each floor has its own garbage and recycling room.

The two other tenants are working professionals in their mid-twenties. One works in sales, and the other in finance. Both are very laid back individuals and down to earth. They are very welcoming and will go out of their way to include you in social events and activities.
