Downstairs living space available in this wonderful 1954 ranch. This charmer backs up to the Epic Knott Park with a fenced in backyard, picnic table and BBQ. Lots of friendly faces and pup watching! The space available includes a private furnished bedroom, bathroom and living room with Fireplace. The shared areas include laundry and Kitchen upstairs, there are 2 refrigerators so lots of room! Our home is blocks from I-84 eastbound exit as well as the Max station, which makes it super easy to anyone on the go. We love our home and excited to meet you.
