My 6 year old daughter, myself (33) and our 3 dogs. 1 extra large service dog, 2 small dogs. No garage parking but street parking available. I am also interested in exchanging free room for nannying. She is super easy to babysit and is very self-sufficient. I am willing pay $10 an hour after the free room/nannying hours agreement has been reached. Details available when we meet!
