Single family home in new neighborhood with sidewalks and dock for fishing. 1.5 miles from the coast guard base and East Carolina State University. Close to shopping, hospital, and restaurants. Bedroom(frog) is upstairs on the opposite side of the house with parking, access to the kitchen and laundry. Room can be unfurnished if you want to use your own furniture. I am a single 38 year old mom which my 2 kids reside in the home 1/2 of the year. I do have a dog so you must like animals. I do ask that there not be overnight guest without it being discussed first. Prefer working professional.
