Black Feather Loop

I have a nice 2 bedroom apartment in a very quiet, good apartment complex, Black Feather. You would have your own room with a balcony, walk-in closet, and your own bath. The complex has a pool and workout center. You’ll have to be on the lease, therefore you’ll need to pass both a credit and background check. The lease runs through August 2024.

The $1,000 includes all utilities and internet. I’m currently using the second bedroom for storage. If you’re willing to help move boxes out of the room, I’ll take $100 off the deposit.

Also, I’m having major surgery in January and will need some help with a few minor things around the house, like scooping cat litter. If you’re willing to help with that for a month or two, we can discuss rent adjustments or payment as we get closer to my surgery.

I’m a 55 yr old, disabled woman. I’m pretty laid-back. I like the house clean, but am more comfortable than stickler. I’m home most of the time. I’m at high risk for COVID, so you must be vaccinated.

I have one friendly cat, Stevie, the magnificent marshmallow, who is FIV+. He can’t pass it to humans or other animals besides cats, and only through a deep bite wound. So if you have a cat, that would be a consideration.

Please be a female (cis or trans), nonsmoker and non-perfume wearer, as both trigger migraines for me. I’m sorry, I can’t have perfume in my home at all, no scented laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc.; I’m highly allergic. I prefer someone closer to my age, as I think that’s easier, but not required. We can do things together or you can keep to yourself, either way is fine. As long as we’re both quiet and respectful, everything should be good!
