I’m looking for a female housemate to move into my spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo in Rollingwood Condominiums on August 31st in Fair Oaks, CA. It is located less than 2 miles from historic downtown Folsom.

It is a 12-month lease. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Rent is $995/month and your share of utilities are approximately $90/month. No smoking, drugs, or dogs. The unit has a patio, central AC, a dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer.

My condo is on the top floor and gets lots of natural light. Rollingwood is a quiet and safe community that is very family friendly. There is a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a gym onsite. It’s centrally located - close to shops and restaurants with easy freeway access. We also have private access to a walking path that is connected to a lovely residential neighborhood.
