Amazing apartment community right by EVERYTHING - the Island, Tanger(s), every restaurant imaginable, Old Town… You’ll have your own bathroom and there are two extra closets! So much natural light, private entrance, view of the lagoon, fountain, pool, etc. I ended up with an amazing price, especially with rent being so high. Water, Sewer, Trash, and Pest Control included. Split electric and internet and that’s it! Pets are very welcome, but I am allergic to some cats, but if it stays clean theres no problem. Washer and dryer included for free. *Inside photos are of the model that I got online, but the exterior photos are from the patio.

It’s just myself and my 3 year old Chorkie (who cant decide if she’s a dog, cat, fox, or a bat). I have a ton of stuff so the room can be furnished or not. I am about 0 drama, and if I have free time after work and playing with the pup, I’m either reading or binge watching something. I’m not pushy about hanging out, though I am up for it, especially as I’m new and want to explore. I get a deal on the apartment because I work there, so I do have to follow most of the rules, but I picked an amazing spot and its HUNDREDS cheaper than anywhere nearby. I picked 7/17 as my move in date, but as an employee, I make adjustments.
