I’m a 22 year old industrial engineering contractor. I work and workout. Part time student. Also a parent of a 3 year old son. He lives here every other weekend but will never be in your way. I stay out the way and moves in and out quietly. Clean and laid back. I don’t mind company(1) anything more needs to be communicated and authorized before opening the door.
