Oscar's room

The house sits on a half acre lot. Great central location in Beaverton. About a mile away from Nike world headquarters. The property has power lines that go above the back yard. and a walking trail behind it, that takes you to Nike world headquarters all the way to scholls ferry road. I have 1 room available for rent. I maintain the yard. I have a variety of fruit trees you can pick from. 2 different types of apple trees, 3 plum trees, 2 pear trees, 1 cherry tree, 3 walnut trees. I plan on restoring the chicken coop. Plenty of space for you to grow your own garden.

From February-November is my busy time at work so I’m out of the house by 5:30am and usually I’m not back until after 6pm for the most part. During the winter months I usually leave to Mexico from December-February. I keep to my self most of the time and normally just come home to sleep. I’m quite and normally I don’t ever have guests over. My neighbors are really nice and quiet for the most part. On one side I have my aunt that lives next door. And on the other side there are 3 houses. They normally keep to themselves. Plenty of parking on the lot.

The other 2 roommates are quite and keep to them selves. They work a lot and are gone most of the day.

Looking for someone quite that doesn’t really plan on having people over and aren’t staying up all night making noise. No pets. I have 5 cameras around the house, so it’s pretty safe here.
