The townhouse is 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath with a bonus space upstairs that can be used as an office. There is a private driveway for up to 3 cars, garage, washer and dryer and private rooftop deck. Rent is $1250/month and includes WSG.

I am a 31 y/o female who works in healthcare. I generally keep things pretty quiet especially during the week but like to have occasional weekend BBQs/parties. There is absolutely no cigarette smoking inside but I am 420 friendly, I have a small dog who is very sweet but getting old and would prefer to remain the only pet.

New roommate would need to pass a basic background and credit check through the management company.
