Molly's room

3 bed, 1 bath, has a garage, backyard, and parking spots in front of the garage. Last tenant left a small raised garden box. Doesn’t have a washer or dryer (yet). Two rooms are the same size and one room is a lot smaller, I have my own furniture and will be willing to collaborate on getting other furniture for roommates because only other bed I have is an air mattress. I’m a 20 year old female, I work as a ship mechanic. I have a cat who works great with dogs, not so much other cat but as long as they stick to themselves she should be fine, and if necessary will keep her somewhere else while I’m gone. I am quite almost all of the time, I respect almost any wish that is asked, I’m not from Galveston so I don’t know the area. Basically will be the very absent roommate but when home I’m a great person to get along with. Can’t cook though and too busy to have the time to try so I would love a roommate who can cook!!
