About the room

Beautiful upstairs furnished room. Safe, Quiet and very clean room. Brand new Full size bed. Must be ok with mini size Fridge, Microwave, in the room. Internet, Utilities are included. Room are sized for one person only. No exceptions.

Six month minimum stay. Longer stays may be negotiated.

We are looking for professional day time workers. Active on the weekends.

Securty Deposit $600 $50.00 nonrefundable for credit/ background check.

Husband & wife are working professionals. Looking for like roommate. We are easy going and love working around our home. We also have two adorable Labradoodles that go everywhere with us.
