I am looking for a female roommate in her later 20’s to 30’s, working professional to fill my spare room that is becoming available August 1st.

Rental Description: The apartment I am currently renting is located in Point Loma, luxury apartments called the Californian. Building is fairly new, built in 2018, all new appliances, modern feel, small complex only 80 units total, 3 floors, swimming pool/ jacuzzi, rec room (pool table included), and grill/ firepit. Neighbors are all very friendly young working professionals. The building is connected to an F45 and Local Krave coffee house that has some of the best Acai and coffee. The room that is becoming available has it’s own private bathroom and walk-in closet. My room has the guest bathroom. Balcony is facing the pool, apartment is on the 3rd floor. We get a nice breeze from OB and Mission Beach, 10 min drive to the beach. The Californian apartment is a 5 min drive to Sea World, Liberty Station and the UFC Fit gym is in the shopping plaza across the street.

Parking: 2 designated spots, street parking available

Rental Agreement: This will be a sub-lease. The agreement is currently month-to-month at $2,670. The room available will be at $1,360 because the bathroom is included in the room.

Options: My cousin who is moving out is willing to sell some of her furniture if the renter is interested, please message me privately if you are interested.

Availability: August 1st

A little about me: I am a registered nurse, currently going back to school for my masters so my schedule is super busy during the week. I stay active hiking, lifting, boxing and kickboxing. Also love painting, been painting on the balcony as of recently and also got into planting. If you are a plant mom we will definitely get along. I have decorated the apartment with a lot of my plants and accepting more plant babies. I am more on the extroverted side and enjoy time with friends and family, keeping busy keeps me sane.
