I am 36, new to Florida, and love Wilton Manors. I am originally from New Orleans. Finishing my training to be a Primary Montessori Guide for 3-6 year olds and working at a local school. I have studying, reading, and writing to do while home. I also enjoy binging tv shows, listening to music, being outside. I drink socially. Smoking is allowed outside. Mister Rose is my sweet, 12 year old hippopotapup (75lbs Pitty-American Bully type dog) who I have had for 1.5 years. He was a covid-adoption while I was living in San Diego for school. MR is very chill, the goodest boy, and super spoiled! He has bad allergies, skin issues, and deformed paws (he has puppy sneakers!), but we have figured everything out with his doctors. Managing it all for him to be happy and comfy. He loves other humans and dogs; he is not okay around cats. He is used to having people/dogs around and not a fan of being alone for too long. The landlord is a person, not a management group. He is open to another dog, if you have one. I’m looking for a work-from-home roomie who loves dogs and would be interested in hanging with my pup/letting him outside while I am at school midday in exchange for a discount in rent. Lease is through November, possible option to extend.
