Furnished or unfurnished private room with private bathroom. Queen-sized bed and wall-mounted TV, two nightstands, and a 5-drawer chest. Wood floors. Desirable location in a safe neighborhood that backs up to a school/park. Walking distance to a reasonably fun bar. Short drive to everything else. Seal Beach and Long Beach are only moments away. Fully equipped kitchen. If you are a person who enjoys cooking, then you will be happy here, very happy. Laundry is available at any time. The room is 10x13 with a closet.

We are an active, hard-working married couple. We are being very selective during this process and will only consider someone that we see as an ideal fit for the home. Therefore, I apologize in advance if we don’t get back to you. I imagine this will take some time, but we’re not in a hurry. I will tell you a bit about us individually. Me: I am a 53-year-old male, and I am a chef. I was a musician in a band when I was younger and love music of all types except newer country, although I do love the older stuff, like Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins, Patsy Cline, etc. I am passionate about music, BBQ, wine, trying new restaurants, mood lighting, and buying things I don’t need. That’s me. My wife: She is a 42-year-old nursing student from Costa Rica, currently working as a CNA in a hospital. She is likely the nicest, warmest person in the world and can cook her ASS off. I mean, she blows my mind regularly with the food she makes. It’s a one-way ticket to Flavortown. She loves gardening and all plants. She doesn’t drink and doesn’t like a party atmosphere. She loves tranquility, kindness, and people who are driven to make their lives better in any way. She’s all about positive energy and loves it when people want to do well for themselves, whether it’s physically, mentally, or spiritually. She also loves tropical fruit, sweet watermelon, and dancing.
