Second floor furnished bedroom in a very clean 2100 SQ FT home in a safe neighborhood (Ballentrae). FLEXIBLE for Short Term Rental/Weekly - see below*

Spare room is spacious, with a brand new very comfortable Queen 12” hybrid mattress (combines coils/cooling/memory foam layers) with2 drawers in the bed frame for clothes. Closet is very long-plenty of space for folded/hanging clothes, or storage. Small a small 3-drawer nightstand w/reading lamp & USB-C/USB-A High Speed Adapters & Charging Cords for all electronics. Ceiling fan/light use by pull chains and/or wall switch. Room has a massage chair (can also be used as an upright or reclining chair) & an office chair for your desk (if needed, we can discuss me providing a desk, as there is plenty of room for this to double as a bedroom/ office. I am in process of purchasing a Smart TV to wall mount & connect to my extra Spectrum cable box & to Wi-Fi for TV Apps. Cable includes Paramount, MAX, ESPN Unlimited & Hulu TV Apps available on all TVs.

My very kind/respectful 20-year old son lives with us 2 weeks per month. The other 2 weeks, the upstairs bathroom would be private to you.

Open & spacious living & dining room with open access to screened patio with lounge chairs, BBQ grill, mini-fridge & large yard overlooking park-no backyard neighbors Living room with 75” Smart TV available to you anytime-we are usually upstairs or out and about. Large kitchen & pantry leading to garage.

I have one medium-sized very friendly older dog. Home has Ring doorbell + over-garage camera/light, & new key or code front door lock for easy access.

This is a clean, casual, friendly & DRAMA FREE home:).

All utilities included - Both Frontier (2GB Fiber for work or gaming) & Spectrum High Speed WiFi-Internet / cable & cable box / smart TVs / appliances / LARGE INDOOR washer/dryer are at your disposal. All Laundry & Bathroom detergents, softeners, soaps, shampoos, including Kitchen “staples”, butter, oil/spices, mayo/mustard/ketchup, water bottles, etc. available for your use, and of course plenty of fridge/freezer & cabinetry space for YOUR items (kitchen fridge & also a second large fridge/freezer in garage).

I have 1-6 months (or longer) listed, as I just wanted to leave an option open for flexible short term needs. I am also open to a weekly rental @ $250/week.

Neighborhood is 3 miles East of Suncoast Expressway, & roughly 20 minutes to I-75, with PLENTY of shopping and restaurants very close. Thank you! DJ

We are very friendly working professionals in our 50’s, and my youngest son (20) lives with us 2-weeks per month. We clean the house and all bathrooms very often. We don’t smoke, but welcome to those who do on the screened patio, available anytime. :)
