One room available immediately through July 31st 2023. Room is unfurnished and shared spaces are furnished. The home has a designer kitchen with high quality appliances and new carpet throughout the house. It is a little over 1900 square feet with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and large game room. The game room has an at home theater, ping pong and darts. There is a large front yard and fenced in backyard with a deck patio. All genders are welcome, college aged individuals preferred. Sorry, no pets. The house is in an excellent location only 5 minutes from CSU main campus (8-10 minute bike ride), a few minutes from King Soopers, 10 minutes from Horsetooth, and an easy walk to the bus stop.
