We have two pools in our apartment complex and have a little gym. there is a lot of parking available but If you would like your own covered parking space that’s extra. also have a washer and dryer in our apartment as well as new appliances, some hard wood floors, dishwasher and a balcony with some extra storage space. Bills range from 80-130$ monthly for each roomie on the higher end during winter due to more electricity/heating. This estimate includes wifi.
