I have a condo in Tucker, near where they’re building the new Spring Valley Townhomes. 10 minutes from Costco and Target and there’s a Kroger and Publix right down the road. 20 minutes from Brookhaven AND THE Battery, 15 from Chamblee, 30 from Downtown! 🥳 It’s a 2 bed 2 bath and there’s a pool and a tennis court at the condo. There’s tons of parking and two spots assigned. Washer and dryer in unit. It’s going to be remodeled, so I’m looking for someone to move in earliest September, once renos are done. 🙂 There’s a little sunroom when you first walk in, so it can be made into anything, not sure what to use it for currently lol.

Rent would be $950 for you plus utilities (electric, gas, internet) which we would split. 1 year lease preferred.

Please reach out of you’re interested! Not open for anyone with children, or smokers, sorry!! 420 ok, but not ever in the house, I don’t really like the smell. Open to all genders and couples (with adjusted rent of 1400 since there’s 2 people!). Preferred to work away from home most days.

I’m moving from AZ for my job, am 25, and my job is hybrid. I do have a dog (Lhasa Apso, hypoallergenic), she’ll be home when I’m home and I plan to take her to doggy day care on days I’m not home, when possible. I’m open to other animals or getting another one! I go to bed currently around 8:30-10pm and would like a similar roommate. I wake up at 5:30 usually. Currently in my Masters program, set to graduate in December! I like to watch TV when I can, but rarely, if ever, have anything on really loud (rooms are across the house as well, so we shouldn’t be able to hear each other usually). Looking for a considerate, clean adult who wants to be friends and hang out/ go out since I know no one haha.
