Avalon Drive

The room is a part of 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the second floor of a building. It has an attached bathroom, with dual entry, from withing the room and also the living area. It has 2 closets, a smaller and a larger one. The apartment is spacious with a lot of space in the living area and a balcony. The appliances in the kitchen and for utility purposes are fairly new. There hasn’t been any problem at all with them since I have been renting it out. The community is pretty quite with a cooperative staff. The maintenance services are very responsive.

The space is not furnished but I have some furniture of my own sitting in the living area and whoever comes in is of course welcome to use it.

Apart from this, it is located in a calm and quite neighborhood with a lot of plantation around the buildings. It is located right off highway 93. The nearest convenient/grocery store is only a 2-3 mins drive. It is also quite close a gym. The property being on highway 93, is also close to mall in burlington and a lot of different restaurants to choose from in the area.

Besides fulfilling the basic amenities in the apartment, the property also has a gym, clubhouse, a pool and a small park. There is an ample amount parking space available (even for guests).

About the rent, it doesn’t include any utility bills. However, it won’t amount to more than $120/month averaged.

I am an male working professional in my late 20’s working in tech industry as a Hardware Engineer. I hail from India and have been residing in the state of MA for about 3.5 yrs. I am an outgoing person, so you can usually find me indulging in some outdoor activities on most weekends and on weekdays I either am gone to work thrice a week and the other times, I am usually confined to my working area during the day followed by hitting the gym and cooking food. I am a pretty sociable person who likes to interact with new folks.

As for my hobbies and interest, I am a huge sports fan especially Soccer. So would love to have someone who is into Soccer (PS : I have XBOX and I like to play FIFA). I am also into board sports (I snowboard and currently am learning to surf). Otherwise, you can also find me going out with my friends for drinks every now and then.

I am pretty laid back and chill. I am also very neat and tidy and like to keep the apartment the same. Someone who checks the above two traits are very much welcome to join me. Looking forward to your responses. Thanks.
