Hello, I am leasing a one-room unfurnished room for ($600 bills included) on a month to month term. The house is in a perfect condition from the picture on here and you will see it yourself when you visit.
If you are a fitness enthusiast, there is a portable workout station in the living room. Also, a high speed WIFI if you are a gamer or for school work.
The unfurnished room has a new air mattress for your comfort incase you don’t have a bed at the moment.
This house is situated 1 mile from the University of Maryland, M&T stadium, Orioles stadium, and other great places. There is a large multi-purpose shopping center and a laundromat just four blocks from the house.

About the roomies
I am studying health informatics. I work and school full time; so I am barely home. I take pride in being clean and I’m very easy going and big on respect.
