Elizabeth's room

We are looking for someone who is responsible and is looking for a great room to relax after a long day of work. Centrally located 15 minutes from Newnan, Peachtree City, and Senoia. Only 12 minutes from Piedmont Hospital in Newnan and 30 minutes from Piedmont in Fayetteville. If two rooms are needed, like for kids, then the room next to it can be included. It can be one bedroom with one bath for $850 or $1500 for two bedrooms and one bath on the 2nd floor. Both rooms are furnished with the essentials and both have a large Roku TV for entertainment and relaxing.

I home school my three children ages 7-11, so we are home often. The home is a spacious new build, and the neighborhood is a small cul-de-sac. The room amenities include a mini fridge in the room with a microwave in room. There is a shared fridge/freezer in the kitchen pantry and shared laundry facility on the 2nd floor.
