West Centre Street

Some things in the house are shared (living room, laundry room, bathroom, kitchen, sunroom). The room is quite spacious, and includes a great closet! The dresser in the room is staying. My room will be the first door on the right, while yours would be at the very end of the hall. I am currently the only person living here. In terms of the neighborhood, it is safe and rather quiet. The neighbors are super friendly! The roommate will pay $400/monthly, and be responsible for their own food. However, I do cook a lot, and I sometimes have a downfall of never being able to cook for one. Additionally, there is a cat here, very friendly. And my 6-year-old-nephew will be visiting possibly once-a-week. I fully take care of him, and he is super respectful and nice. Currently I am the only one living in the home. I’m a college student who works a lot for a retail chain. But I love to cook, write, podcast, and read a good mystery novel in my free time. I’m laid back, but I also love to clean and keep things organized.
