The Room available is the Bigger of the 2 rooms available for rent and has a Very Large closet located across the Hall from the Bathroom. Looking for Responsible, Dependable, Clean Individuals who Pay Rent on Time. The other Roomie is Female so it Would be Preferred to have Another Female in Regards to sharing a Bathroom, Although the right Male may work. This is a Very Spacious 3 Bed 2 Bath house with nice patio out back. House is located 5 minutes from Wrightsville Beach and UNCW, 15 minutes from Downtown and 15 - 20 minutes from Carolina and Kure Beach and Fort Fisher.

I am an easy person to get along with. Like to enjoy life, have fun, Go to the Beach, enjoy adult beverages and cook good food but at the same time keep the house organized and am responsible with bills, etc, etc.
