I am a 26 y/o male other roommate is a 24 y/o female. I work 2 jobs and am usually in my room when home. The other roommate works from home and is home majority of the time.

Both quiet and don’t party. We have 3 small dogs (Pomeranian, Yorkie and Shih Tzu 2 hypoallergenic low shedding) in the home and the typically stay in our rooms unless taking them outside they are not allowed on furniture ever.

We are very friendly and family oriented but give each other privacy in the home.

The main house rule is BE CLEAN!
