Apartment is a 1 bedroom converted to 2 by my former roommate and I. You will have a choice between the living space and the bedroom. However, there is a slight difference in the rent for both. I currently occupy the bedroom, but I’m happy to move to the living space. We share the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is furnished, but since I’m using the bed and TV, you will have to come with yours. We have washer and dryer in the basement with large storage room, WI-FI is provided by the landlord at no extra cost. We will both have access to the payment portal. All we pay for is RENT and ELECTRICITY. Apartment located downtown Stamford. 12 minutes walk to target, 5 minutes walk to Bedford street. It is one of the best deals you will find downtown, and our unit is very descent. It’s located on a beautiful and safe street with several street parking spaces. If you don’t drive like me, don’t worry. There are 2 bus stops few steps away from our home. Available for immediate move in. Needed is just the first month rent and security deposit. I work as an administrative assistant in a property management company. I’m pursuing a masters degree as well. I work mom-fri so after work, I jump on my online class on school days or I bury myself in my unending assignments, so I’ll always be in my personal space. I travel to school one Saturday in a month, and get home pretty late. I am reserved, easy going, very clean and I love to mind my business (a little too much maybe). I would love to share the space with individuals who are neat, quiet and friendly. Also, with the living arrangement, our home will be perfect for you if you don’t have too many guests.
