Loctaed in a great area, right next to the galleria in upper kirby. Utilities are included in the 525 rent, only an additional 12 dollars a month is needed for wifi. Shared bathroom with one of the other tenants. In unit washer and dryer as well, all modern kitchen appliances. Complex has a pool, which we are also located right next to.

Our names are Caitlyn and Vivian and we are both enrolled in TWU nursing school! We’re in our early twenties and prefer someone around that age group/students, but all are welcome! LGBT friendly, gamer friendly (lol). We’re both pretty laid back, don’t do much besides work, study, and play games.
