Looking for a roommate asap for this sweet retreat I plan on making my zen palace 🧘‍♀️. This house is located right by the Dive motel, Cream coffee, Flora plant shop, Retrograde Coffee Shop and more cool stuff coming!

I’ve done a lot of renovations already and some still in the works! I will continue to work on the house over time to make some fun upgrades and really turn it into my safe haven. I care a lot about style, aesthetics and comfort . There are 3 beds 2 baths. 1 bathroom would be yours / also has access to the main area of the house. Plan on making the 3rd bedroom into an office / guest bed situation but you could use it for storage / share the office space!

The floor plan is open, the front porch is to die for and the house has such a good energy! There’s a huge backyard and a detached studio out back that is currently being rented but if you’re a musician or want to work on music there would be opportunity to utilize it! I write and record and will be practicing at times.

I would love to find someone who is down to earth, open minded, clean!!, respectful, kind and bonus points if you love yoga, meditation and trying to heal / lead a healthy lifestyle.
