About the room
Very nice place for price of rent. dishwasher, in-apartment laundry, porch, plenty of space. Area is nice, the only problem we’ve ever had is occasional noise pollution from the airport.
About the roomies
Both current roommates are trans, so its probably best to be lgbt friendly 😅 21 y/o (nb) and 23 y/o (f) and 2 we’re pretty quiet and don’t have parties. 2 cats!
