Liam's room

Hey all! My name is Liam and my 2 roommates and I are looking for someone to fill a room being left by our fourth roommate. This is a 4 four room house in Rosslyn and the room has a dimension of 11.75 by 10.5 ft. Rent is $900 a month excluding utilities (about $100/month) and features a washer/dryer set, dishwasher and backyard. It’s only about 7-10 minutes uphill from Rosslyn Metro and is in a chill/quiet neighborhood. There are two bathrooms (including one on the same floor as the available room). Liam: Hi I’m Liam (he/him)! I’m originally from Nazareth, PA and have been living and working in the DMV for a little over a year. I work for a progressive polling firm, which has me working from home 3 days out of the week and in the office in DC for the other two. Since we would be sharing a bathroom, I’d like to say that I consider myself a clean and organized person. Outside of working and cleaning, I enjoy cooking, hiking, and playing board and video games. I like going out some nights but also need time to recharge with a chill night a home with some good food.

Bree: Hi, My name is Bree (they/she). I grew up in New Jersey my entire but all of my family is from Brazil. I am a transfemme person and started my transition in late April. I am a part-time journalist who writes mainly about music, as well as working in a bookstore and on-call monitor for the Wanda Alston Foundation. I like classic TV, watching the occasional soccer game and going dancing when I get the chance. I live next to the kitchen so I’d totally appreciate anyone who’s mindful about making noise there late at night.

Max: Hi, I’m Max (he/him)! I’m originally from Wilmette, IL and I’ve been living here for a year. I work for a trade organization in Penn Quarter which has me in the office 4 out of days a week. I consider myself clean and organized though I’m a little messy when I cook, but I always clean up after myself. I love trying new restaurants and trying new dishes so I’m always up for a culinary adventure! I enjoy going out but I also love a nice quiet night in.
