You pay your rent on time, fully and without fail. Venmo or equivalent preferred methods of payment; you are SINGLE, and do not intend to co-habit, even briefly; you will not be bringing stray people into the house; you do not smoke, no exceptions; Alcohol use is limited; NO ANIMALS OF ANY TYPE; you preferably have ONE small car, which is easier to park; storage is mainly limited to the room in question; your cooking needs are somewhat light and limited (full shared kitchen and privileges included, lightly used by tenants); you are clean, neat and extremely responsible. You will keep the room in decent condition.

This is an excellent situation for someone who is mature and responsible and likes his / her own quiet and privacy in a shared environment. One person living on each floor. The two current occupants–one older female and the male owner–are largely invisible, so no roomate hassles.
