About the room

This is one of the rooms in my single family home. Fully furnished single family house, spacious bedroom. To down town of Walnut Creek,7 minutes to Pleasant Hill Bart station, 10 minutes to freeway 24, 680, 242. The coco canal trail is two blocks from the house. Shopping centers in 1/2 mile distance, 7 minutes driving to Whole Foods, Safeway , Trader Joe, Sprouts, Oak Grove Plaza, Countrywood Shopping Center, Ygnacio Plaza, Heather Farm Park, Kaiser Clinics, Shadeland business Park.

No smoking, no drug use, meal drinking alcohol. Young working professional is expected, who works 9 to 5. Night shift working schedule is not a fit for me, I am 70 years old, enjoy simple, quiet life. Friends visits welcome with a notice heads up, no party held at home, sorry, NO OVER NIGHT GUEST, monthly income above $5,600, house rules required. The rent for this room is $1,200 per month, including all utilities ( water, PG&E shared with exceeding ,high speed Internet, garbage fee). Full house is up to 3-4 occupants Single occupant per room
