I have a room with a bathroom attached but bathroom is also guest bathroom. There’s 2 entrances. The bathroom would be pretty much your own though due to the fact I have my own. There is also a patio space. Price is open to negotiation. Could be sooner than aug 1st if I find a potential roommate
