Robert's room

The house is located in a new neighborhood off of East River Rd in Navarre Fl. A bedroom is available in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath newish home (8 yrs). You would only share the bathroom with house guests (no other occupants to share the 2nd bathroom). Shared living areas, includes huge well equipped kitchen, laundry room with brand new W/D, Central A/C, ceiling fans, and super-fast ethernet (either wifi or Cat5/6 cabled). House is located on a small cul-de-sac off of a dead-end road, with conservation forest on 2 sides, so there is only 1 neighbor close to the house. Plenty of on-street parking or negotiable for off-street parking. A queen size bed can be provided if required.

The only other occupant will be me (the home owner). Middle aged single male with regular working hours, M-F type day-job.
