About the room
I am looking for a roommate who is interested in subleasing 1B/1B of this 2B/2B apartment from August. We have a renovated kitchen, balcony, free parking, in unit washer and dryer and amenities like gym, pool. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe. Rent each month is $655, utility usually is below $60 as it’s shared among two people. Pets are allowed.
About the roomies
My roommate is a Graduate Student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, who is interning in Crestview. We have signed lease upto February 2023. I have to move back to Huntsville to complete some of my coursework.
