Gabriel's room

1700 sq ft house in Cimarron Hills neighborhood. House has a deck in the large, fenced backyard. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (mine, open guest, and potential roomie’s), a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Downstairs there is another living room with a piano and fireplace, laundry room, 1/2 bathroom, as well as a private room storing a working hot tub. There is a large driveway with an attached garage. All of the mutual living areas are open to use!

In this neighborhood you are very close to Powers so you will only be a short 5-15 minute drive to most of the restaurants and stores. Also if you are military, you will only be a short 5-10 minute drive to Peterson SFB.

Offering a private 11’x9’ room with standard sized closet. Queen mattress provided if needed. You are free to decorate the room however you want. You’ll be using a full bathroom in the hallway that will mainly only be used by yourself other than the occasional guest. Listing is $1000 including bills but I’m willing to work with you!

Hello, my name is Gabriel and I currently live by myself. I am in the military and pretty new to the area of Colorado Springs. My work schedule is pretty set and most of the time I work 7-3. I’m a fairly clean person and don’t like a lot clutter in the mutual living areas. If I’m not at work or at the gym than most of the time I will be in the living room watching tv or in the kitchen cooking.

I’m a pretty friendly person (other than early mornings) and usually down to hangout. Would prefer if the roommate is the same because while I am looking for a roomie, I’m also open to possibly hanging out and being friends!
