You will have full access to the new washer and dryer in the common area. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are shared areas. All of the shared areas are spacious enough to accommodate all of the residents.
The townhome has a large basement that can be used for excess storage, if needed.
The townhome is located less than 20 minutes from the Denver International Airport and 30 minutes from Downtown Denver. The nearest grocery store is a King Soopers, only a mile away.
The residence is located just a walk away from a golf course, Buffalo Run Golf Course. And with residence here, you can have a discounted rate at Bison Ridge Recreation Center, with access to an indoor pool, gym, dance studio, and other facilities.

About the roomies
My partner and I are living together in the master bedroom of the townhome. We like to keep to ourselves. Generally, we do not have guests at the home. We both work in the military.
