Looking for a responsible roommate to rent an upstairs room in my home. My home is clean, quiet, and in a quiet neighborhood near a golf course and at the end of a cul-de-sac, just 15 minutes from Disney and the airport. Neighbors are very friendly, but keep to themselves. Room comes with refrigerator, Portable AC, microwave, TV, DVD/VCR player, internet, full size bed, dresser, desk and chair. You would have access to the washer/dryer downstairs, in addition to a full kitchen. Rent is $800/month, so a 800$ up front deposit moves you in. Then rent is due on the first of each month after that. The rent includes all the utilities (water, electricity, trash collection and wifi internet). NO PETS PLEASE. Background check, proof of employment, and references required. Must be US Citizen in the area.
