Mark's room

Offering your own private room with a shared bathroom in a vintage 110 year old bungalow in the heart of Saint Leo’s Neighborhood near downtown San Jose. Walk to Whole foods, Diridon station (Caltrain/ACE/Light rail, Cahill Park and a number of shops and restaurants along the Alameda. Central location in the south bay means a reasonable commute to anywhere from Mountain view to Cupertino. Bike commute downtown or along the Guadeloupe River Trail. Common spaces include the kitchen, living room, family room, laundry and fenced back-yard for the doggie.

I am currently sharing this space with Rocky (3.5 year old 12 lb chihuahua/terroir/border collie mix - sweet and well behaved.) I am also well-behaved :) Respectful, considerate and clean. And quiet - my hobbies and work mean that I am on the computer alot- and when I’m not doing that, I’m usually working out, travelling or meeting up with friends. I don’t like loud TV and don’t use mine, except for the occasional movie night.
