The unit is tucked in a quiet corner of the block. The community is situated in a clean and safe neighborhood close to major highways, transportation, amenities, parks, etc.

I am a doctorate student who is friendly, clean, and responsible, so I hope my roommate will have similar characteristics as well. This is a home away from home for me as an international student, I hope you will regard it that way as well. Female roommate preferred.
