The house is located by Rosedale Hwy and Calloway in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood as well as a tennis and a basketball court right right around the corner. We have a ton of shopping centers around the area. It is about 10min away from the freeway 99. Driveway parking, High Speed Wifi, kitchen, washer, dryer all available.
About the roomies
Will be sharing this property with my Girlfriend, kid, and myself. We always try to keep the house clean but most importantly pick up after yourselfs. We work full time so Iām rarely home during the evening and same as her. *Must Complete background check and be employed to be considered.
