I am looking for 1-2 people to live in a 5 bed/2.5 bath house near Target in Christiansburg. The house has 2 car wide driveway, a garage, an upstairs and downstair living room, and a washer/dryer in the unit. I am looking for young professionals that have graduated. Rent for one person would be $1300 + utilities, for two people $800. I work hybrid so I plan to convert one of the extra bedrooms into a home office. I plan on taking the master bedroom, as a result, I am willing to pay more for my share of the rent. I’m ok sharing a home office or having separate ones. The lease starts July 15th, 2022. I just completed my Master’s and am moving to VA to work in industry. I am looking for 1-2 people to share a place with.
I’m optimistic, a good cook, clean up after myself, and definitely willing to do my half of the chores! I like biking, hiking, working out, gaming, and building something occasionally (I keep the noise to a minimum).
