South Oaklawn Drive

Oaklawn Place is a basement living space underneath the main level of our home with kitchenette, bedroom x2, bathroom, living area, and office space. We will not rent the second bedroom out separately but will consider two tenants who are traveling together for $1800. The kitchenette includes your kitchen basics for simple meal prep in the privacy of your space. It includes a refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave, induction stove top, coffee, and hot/cold water tank dispenser. If you are wanting to make a more elaborate meal my husband and I are happy to share our kitchen space with you. We have provided a starter kit of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). During your stay here we have provided cleaning supplies to keep your space clean. The basement living area is very spacious with comfortable couch and TV with streaming services included. We have a home gym, hot tub, and large backyard with patio for you to enjoy. Just talk to us first about the hot tub! Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood off of highway 84 making it a convenient location to get to downtown Boise hospitals as well as Meridian and Nampa. We are also centrally located near the connector making it a quick trip to downtown Boise for accessing the greenbelt, restaurants, shops, and the foothills. We do have a dog on the property so must be okay with pets! She is sweet but a little shy until she gets to know you. We enjoy hosting and love introducing people to everything Boise and Idaho has to offer! We also understand the need for privacy and rest/relaxation. Looking forward to having you stay!

My husband and I moved from Austin, Texas to Boise 5 years ago and absolutely love it! When we are not working we enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, going to wineries/restaurants. We also love a chill evening in the backyard grilling out and relaxing in the hot tub. You can also find me in my garden or with a book in my hands.
