Hello, we have a room available for rent in a house in The Colony. There are 3 of us in the home now with a small puppy. You’d get a private room in a home where you’d share a bathroom with 1 roomie. Washer/dryer in home and you’d be welcome to use the entire home so long as you keep it clean and treat things the way you’d expect us to treat them if we were renting a room in your home. The room is unfurnished. We would be splitting water and power 4 ways and wi-fi is included with rent. We are looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, open minded, pays what is owed on time and has no issues communicating what we can do to help you feel comfortable in the place you choose to live. While there is no cigarette smoking in the house we are a 420 friendly bunch who is known to host a party or 2 a year along with movie watching nights. My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 years. We both work from home 8-5 Monday - Friday. We have a 3 year old puppy she is potty trained and we spend a lot of time playing with her, watching movies, go out of town every now and then. We are very laid on back couple. We also rent out a smaller room and she is self employed. You will share hallway bath with her.
