Calle Clavel

This is a 9 by 10 private bedroom with large closet and shared bathroom (with one woman). Utilities included. The room comes with full house privileges to all common areas including the patio and yards, living room, kitchen, and laundry. It also has its own sliding door with walkway to driveway. There is a large back yard with fruit trees, paving stone patio, and BBQ that is perfect for studying or working outside. We have furniture to furnish the room if needed. This includes bed, lamp, desk, and chair. Guests are fine, must be respectful of other roommates. We are looking for a non-smoking roomie. Please let me know if you have any questions.

There are four others in the home. (3f 1m) We are undergrad/graduate students and working professionals. We also have two dogs, a Shiba Inu and a Golden Doodle; we are not looking for more pet dogs or cats.
