The space for rent is a private room and a guest bathroom (a few steps outside the room) available for 1 person. It’s a good size bedroom w/ a queen size bed. One covered space available.

NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED including MJ. No animals are allowed due to allergies and carpet. If fried food is your thing please decide healthier choices if you want to live here or choose elsewhere. (The carpet is unforgiving 🥺 the smell sticks on everything)

The community living spaces are open to you, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room. Just ask that you clean behind yourself as you go. There is a TV here in the living room, but you can have one in your room you’ll need to supply it. Your room is furnished with bed, dresser, and night stand. You’d share the guest bathroom with seldom guest, which has a full bath and shower.

My home is a 2-BD, 2-bths Townhome located near highways 101 and 202. Ideal for those that need temporary housing and need to be close to Banner or St Luke’s hospitals or the PHX airport. (Nurses and airline employees welcome)
