You will be renting a room with access to the rest of the common areas of the house. Looking for a professional and responsible person. It’s a private property so quiet and spacious place. Washer and dryer included Water included Electricity included Trash included Security deposit is required which is 500 ( fully refundable if you notify me one month ahead that you are moving out the house and also you must give back the room with the same condition as moving in). We currently are living 3 people in the house. We like to keep it small and quiet. We all have full time jobs, and we love quietness. Manhidar is from India. Manhidar moved here almost four years ego. We -Me and my husband- are from Colombia, and I am in the Army. I love hiking, and nature. We all love to cook, and we spent a lot of time in the cell phone 😅. Manhidar is very organize and clean. We all keep the kitchen clean and we like to mantiene everything neat and in order. Manhidar spend the weekends with his girlfriend at New Jersey sometimes. I usually spend my weekends working with my husband. We are looking for a good fit for our home. We are like a family and we respect spaces. Some times we share food and we have a little conversation but the majorly of the time we are in our own world.
